PLYMOUTH, England, Oct. 13 (UPI) -- British police said reckless driving charges are possible for a woman who drove through a puddle to soak children and posted video to the Internet.  Devon and Cornwall Constabulary officers said videos posted to Facebook and YouTube depict Kerry Callard, 29, purposefully driving through the puddle in Plymouth, England, last Thursday to soak a group of children waiting for their school bus, the Daily Mail reported Tuesday.  The video was taken by Callard's partner, Alec Goff, 28, who was a passenger in the vehicle.

Well, there goes the mother of the year award.  How about sending her the cleaning bill?

SUTTON BONNINGTON, England, Oct. 12 (UPI) -- A 74-year-old British break dancer was ordered to pay back $4,740 in disability benefits after he displayed his skills on "Britain's Got Talent."  The routine performed by Fred Bowers, 74, on the show, which included spins on his head and other acrobatic feats, drew the attention of officials at the Department for Work and Pensions, which was paying Bowers $79 a month to go toward transportation due to an injured leg, the Daily Mail reported Monday.

So he showed his fraud on national television.  He should get the disability benefits for dumbness alone.
