NEW YORK (Reuters Life!) - Cleveland has won the dubious distinction of being the most miserable city in the United States, according to a new poll. The decision was that she was too young to run in the May 4 primary. She had been told earlier she was eligible to run since she turns 18 in October, before the Nov. 2 election.
